The Geneva unit manages around 60 flights per day for several airlines as well as for business and private aviation clients. We are looking for our Planning & Supply Chain department a: Warehouse Worker / Logistician (M/F) Main missions: • Establish, evaluate, plan and validate the needs and volumes of orders and purchases (food and non-food raw materials) • Ensure the follow-up and management of supplies, guarantee the control of goods upon reception, management and optimization of storage and shelving spaces. • Management and optimization of stocks (reduction of DIO, forecast of orders) • Management and follow-up of inventories and stock values • Management and follow-up of suppliers (returns and complaints) • Application and follow-up of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, internal procedure) Professional requirements: • Forklift permit, or equivalent, required • CFC Logisticien, an asset • Mastery of computer tools (MS OFFICE, SAP) • English required (minimum level B2) and German an asset • Methodical, precise and rigorous • Sense of commitment and responsibility Additional information: • Temporary contract with a fixed term • Working hours: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm • Possibility of working certain Saturdays • Clean judicial record required • Time tracking and recovery system • Dynamic working environment, in an international sector of activity We offer you a career opportunity in a multicultural environment where talent is recognized and promoted.
