We are looking for cooks / sushimen / commis for our restaurant in Vevey. Leader in the japanese quick service catering in delivery, take away and on site, Sushi Shop owns more than 100 restaurants mostly over Europe. We are looking to hire cooks / commis/ Sushimen, for our restaurant located in Vevey. Your mission: - Reception and storage of goods; - Disinfection of fruits & vegetables; - Realization of fish cutting; - Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis and others; - Preparation & realization of orders taking into account delivery deadlines; - Keeping track of traceability - Respect of hygiene standards (HACCP) - Monitoring of stocks, inventories and orders Profiles sought: Motivated / Serious / Experience as a commis / Swiss or foreign nationality with valid residence permit or European passport / Available from Wednesday to Saturday Entry date: as soon as possible Only applicants called for an interview will be responded to Applications only through Jobup CDI 50-80%
