Our Team To strengthen our team in the area of Sales Commercial Cards & Travel & Expense (T&E), we are looking for a sales-strong, pragmatic, and customer-oriented personality with sound experience in banking or a banking environment. In this role, you will manage a defined corporate client portfolio in the Zurich area, further develop card and T&E programs, and make a direct contribution to growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Role • active management and further development of a defined corporate client portfolio in the area of card and T&E solutions • planning and implementation of client visits, advisory discussions, and reviews (on-site/off-site and remote) • analysis of customer needs, expense and travel processes, as well as card usage data to identify potentials • advisory on corporate card, T&E, and additional solutions (e.g., virtual cards, central billing, reporting) • use of CRM, reporting, and analytics tools to identify and target sales opportunities • coordination of implementations, program setups, limit adjustments, and service cases with internal departments • active promotion of the use of digital card and T&E tools (portals, apps, self-service) • ensuring compliance with KYC, risk, compliance, and card-specific guidelines • documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and closures in the relevant systems • contribution of market and customer feedback for the further development of our card and T&E offering What we want • 3–5 years of relevant experience in card, T&E, or corporate banking sales with demonstrable sales and consulting experience • preferably professional experience in banking or a banking environment • pronounced sales and consulting competence in the B2B environment as well as enjoyment in developing long-term customer relationships • sound understanding of corporate card, T&E, and billing solutions or the willingness to learn quickly and in depth • strong analytical skills and confident handling of key figures (volume, usage, yield, travel expense data) • structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards • high integrity, risk awareness, and compliance orientation • high resilience and willingness to perform with a good understanding of processes • very good communication and presentation skills in German (C2) and English (at least C1); other languages are an advantage • high affinity for digital tools (MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; ideally CRM and specialist systems) Our Offer • attractive employment conditions with extensive benefits • flexible working models (part-time, hybrid working, job sharing) • central location with good transport connections and internal parking spaces • a modern, agile working environment with room for ideas, innovation, and co-creation • an open corporate culture with a focus on cohesion, development, and appreciation Our Culture At UBS, we know that our employees, with their different skills, experiences, and backgrounds, make up our success.
