We are looking for, for one of our clients, an Administrative Assistant at 50% to strengthen our team and ensure the smooth running of daily administrative tasks.

Job Description

• Schedule: 8h - 12h
• Ensure telephone reception and processing of client requests
• Manage emails, mail, and administrative documents
• Establish and follow up on rental contracts and client files
• Ensure invoicing and payment monitoring
• Update client files and data
• Organize and follow up on documents related to vehicles
• Ensure various administrative and secretarial tasks
• Collaborate daily with the operational and commercial team

Profile Sought

• Experience in an administrative or secretarial position
• Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organization and sense of priorities
• Autonomy, rigor, and spirit of initiative
• Ease in telephone contacts and relationship with clientele
• Fluent French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of English or German is an asset
• Experience in the automotive, rental, or transport field is a plus
