Your mission • Ensure nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes. • Assess needs, plan, and provide adapted care. • Guarantee clinical follow-up and continuity of care. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors, and relatives. • Contribute to staying at home and the well-being of patients. Your profile • HES Nurse diploma or a title deemed equivalent. • For foreign diplomas: mandatory CRS recognition. • Confirmed experience of at least 2 years in home care. • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. • Excellent interpersonal and responsibility skills. • Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. • Clean Swiss criminal record extract required.
