For our automation training team, we are looking for a committed personality to start immediately or by agreement as Junior Trainer Automation 20 - 40% The employment is initially limited until May 2027, with the prospect of extension. Your task You will accompany trainees in the automation profession during their training and support our team in the daily training routine. With your technical know-how and your enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, you will make an important contribution to the training of our specialists of tomorrow. Your priorities Accompanying trainees during practical work and learning assignments Conducting short theoretical inputs and introducing new topics Point of contact for technical and professional questions Supporting the quality assurance of learning assignments and documentation Shared responsibility for workshop, materials, and infrastructure Administrative support as well as collaboration on digital training platforms Your profile You have a technical basic training as an automation technician EFZ or a comparable qualification (e.g., student HF or FH in the field of system technology) and enjoy accompanying young people. You work independently, reliably, and are open to new digital working methods.
