Technical Sales Support Projects (m/f)

On exclusive behalf of our client, a leading company in the mechanical engineering industry based in the Winterthur area, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Technical Sales Support Projects (m/f) # In this versatile function, you will advise customers (national/international) on the renowned products of your company. You are responsible for order processing from A to Z (offers, invoices, coordination of deliveries, etc.), process various projects at customers, and undertake versatile activities in sales support. For your customers, you are the competent contact person for technical/commercial questions in standard and project business. Furthermore, you participate in improvement processes of customer service and are actively involved in various internal projects. The close cooperation with various internal departments (e.g., production, engineering, etc.) makes your activity additionally exciting and varied. To be successful in this responsible position, you bring a completed technical education (e.g., polymechanic, preferably in the field of abrasives) as well as commercial further training (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technician HF). You have preferably already gained several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Sales Representative, Technical Sales Support/Customer Advisor, etc.) including order processing, preferably in the environment of the mechanical engineering industry. You possess the organizational talent to be able to process various orders in parallel simultaneously. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and English (spoken and written), further language skills (French, etc.) are an advantage. Additionally, you bring good MS Office skills as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (SAP, Pro Alpha, Navision).
