Production Team Leader Transformer Construction (h/f/d) 100% ###

Your tasks ####

• Technical and personnel management of the production department within the concerned workstation
• Ensure occupational safety, quality, and production on schedule
• Maintenance and continuous optimization of existing work instructions
• Recording, checking, and transmitting error reports during team operation
• Planning and implementation of employee training
• Personnel planning and team allocation

Your profile ####

• Completed training as an electrical specialist, polytechnic or automatic CFC
• Additional training as an industrial master or process technician is an asset
• Several years of experience in a management function
• Very good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
• Assured mastery of MS Office
• Structured, precise, and efficient working method
• Responsible, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Autonomy and great organizational capacity
• Availability to work in a two-shift team
