Accounting Manager

Safran Timing Technologies SA is a Swiss company belonging to the Safran group, one of the world leaders in the aerospace, space and defense sectors. Located on two sites, in Neuchâtel and Yverdon-les-Bains, it employs around 200 collaborators. The company specializes in the development and production of MEMS sensors, inertial centers and high-precision atomic clocks. Its products are intended for the aerospace, space, defense, telecommunications and industry sectors, where precision, reliability and performance are essential. Accounting Manager (M/F) Attached to the CFO, you are in charge of all the company's accounting operations. You guarantee the reliability of the accounts, regulatory compliance and the quality of financial information. You supervise and support a team of two accountants and play a key role in optimizing processes within a dynamic industrial environment. Animate all accounting processes across two sites (Yverdon and Neuchâtel) with specific industrial flows related to the trades Supervise all accounting operations (general and auxiliary: customers, suppliers, treasury, fixed assets, etc.); Prepare, secure information and optimize deadlines in the context of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes; Produce statutory financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, annexes) as well as reporting suitable for the Management; Supervise and be an actor in all tax compliance processes (VAT, IS, etc.) and ensure the respect of legal obligations in a diligent approach vis-à-vis the competent authorities and in close collaboration with internal and external partners; Secure and optimize accounting processes in a lean office approach. Implement any suitable KPI and standardize procedures in place; Ensure the smooth running of internal control campaigns in a partnership and pedagogical approach; Participate in the relationship with external partners: auditors, banks, etc.; Contribute to continuous improvement projects for the accounting system in the context of a migration to SAP and in a post-merger context; Digitize the entire accounting value chain; Imperative mastery of SAP and MS office suite (Power BI a plus) Imperative experience in SwissGAAP and IFRS standards Understanding and experience of industrial flows and progress accounting Your profile Higher education in accounting English C1 Minimum 10 years of successful experience in accounting in an industrial environment, with 5 years of experience in a similar position Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail; Excellent organization, autonomous work and reliability; Proactivity and sense of partnership; Resistance to stress and agility; Discretion, ability to deal with interlocutors of all hierarchical levels Our values Succeed together, Foster a trustful environment, Commit to a shared vision, Dare to innovate. jpidb7d94b6jm jpit0728jm jpiy26jm
