ALTITUDE Sécurité Sàrl, a company specializing in the installation of fall protection devices as well as in the distribution of collective and individual protection equipment, is looking for a motivated and organized Project Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about organization, administrative management, and technical support, this position is for you!

Your challenges:

• Administrative support to our project manager
• Receiving telephone calls and managing email inboxes
• Participating in the improvement of administrative processes related to technical activities
• Ensuring the administrative follow-up of quote requests and adjudications
• Coordinating information with the internal team for business follow-up
• Preparation, follow-up of maintenance contracts, and planning of interventions
• Follow-up of training and planning
• Preparation of quotes, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Follow-up of updates to our clients' installations in the dedicated platform
• Updating the database in ERP and on various platforms
• Various administrative tasks in support of the technical service (requests for authorization, construction guarantees, revision files, filing, etc.)

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
• Rigor, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Good mastery of IT tools
