Taxi & Limousine Driver – Gstaad (M/F)

We are looking for a professional driver to strengthen our team in Gstaad, mainly for the upcoming season of activity combining Taxi and Limousine / Chauffeur Service, with a demanding local and international clientele. We perform Taxi trips, express deliveries for luxury stores, private and airport transfers, as well as chauffeur services with availability in the Gstaad region and throughout Switzerland.

Profile sought

We are looking for a person:

• professional, reliable and punctual
• with excellent presentation and a very good sense of customer service
• comfortable with an international and high-end clientele
• having a good ability to manage periods of stress and high activity
• demonstrating great flexibility and availability, which are indispensable in our activity
• available to work according to service needs, notably evenings, weekends and public holidays
• comfortable with mountain driving and in winter conditions
• capable of working autonomously while integrating into a small team
• discreet and respectful of our clients' confidentiality.

Licenses and qualifications – mandatory

• Category B driving license with B121 professional authorization
• Authorization to work in Switzerland.

We wish to prioritize candidates already active in Switzerland and possessing the necessary qualifications to be able to start quickly.

Languages

Given our international clientele:

• English: mandatory
• French and/or German: required
• Any additional language is a real asset, especially candidates also speaking Arabic, Russian, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.

The ability to communicate naturally and professionally with an international clientele is essential.

Experience

Experience as a taxi driver, limousine driver, private driver, hotel driver or in professional passenger transport constitutes a significant advantage.

Beyond experience, we attach great importance to the quality of service, presentation, driving, punctuality and attitude towards the client.

Vehicles

The driver will be required to drive mainly premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles, notably E-Class, V-Class and S-Class.

Smooth, careful driving adapted to limousine service standards is essential.

Working conditions

• Working time: 51 hours per week
• Variable hours depending on activity and reservations
• Possible work in the evening, on weekends and on public holidays
• Flexibility and availability required, particularly during high season periods.
• Category B driving license with B121 professional authorization; (also D, D1 valid)
• Recent criminal record extract without entries incompatible with the function
• Recent ADMAS register extract without entries incompatible with professional driver activity
• Authorization to work in Switzerland, or easy to obtain. Short-term authorization (90 days) or L permit

We offer

• Gross annual salary of CHF 45'000.– to CHF 55'000.– at 100%, depending on experience and qualifications; (including 13th month salary). + holidays
