S3 acute ward for older adults

The acute ward S3 addresses people in exceptional psychiatric situations who require intensive, inpatient treatment due to an acute mental illness. Careful psychiatric and somatic assessment as well as the recording of personal life history form the basis for all therapies. The entire treatment program is aimed at coping with the current crisis and reintegration into old or newly to be shaped circumstances and includes, in addition to recovery-oriented, psychosocial support, also alternative treatment interventions such as NADA, phytotherapy and much more.

The ward is generally managed openly and implements the Safewards model. We look forward to you participating with your ideas.

Your tasks

• supporting the ward management in their leadership tasks based on a maturity level model / career model
• representing the ward management in their absence
• participation in working groups and projects
• ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation
• participation in the nursing and care of patients
