Your tasks #####

• Diagnosis and repair of electronic control boards and controllers returned by customers.
• Analysis and replacement of defective components.
• Inspection, control, and testing of products according to the procedures and standards in force in the company.
• Active participation in the development and proposal of corrective actions following returns, in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of our products.
• Optimization of repairs and prioritization of activities related to allocation based on various criteria.

Your profile #####

• CFC or electronics technician.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar after-sales service role.
• Good knowledge of electronics, analog, and digital.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and fault detection.
• Mastery of MS Office and Outlook tools.
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, -).
• Good writing skills in French and English.
• Excellent skills in planning and priority management.
