Your role with us

• You assist our demanding national as well as international customers in the acquisition of high-quality jewelry and brand watches
• You create an unforgettable customer experience and possess the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
• You act with enthusiasm as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert technical and storytelling skills
• Implementation of CRM guidelines and active customer care
• Responsible for the smooth running of daily business
• Ensuring optimally presented sales areas, shop windows, and display cases
• Carrying out administrative activities to support the team

What you bring with you

• Training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, watch and jewelry industry
• Several years of experience in the luxury segment of retail
• Sound specialist knowledge in the field of watches and jewelry
• Business-fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• IT affinity with knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong sales flair and excellent service orientation
• Style confidence, professional appearance, and courteous manners
• High empathy and intercultural competence in dealing with local and international clientele
• Flexibility and readiness to work in shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, also on weekends and public holidays
