Your field of activity

• Responsibility for execution with regard to costs, quality and deadlines
• Coordination and leadership of the participating contractors as well as ensuring a smooth construction process
• Control and monitoring of execution - from scheduling and tenders to successful handover
• Conducting contractor negotiations, construction and coordination meetings as well as acceptances
• Control of the execution planning and ensuring quality specifications on the construction site
• Active participation in shaping economic and practice-oriented solutions together with the project team

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in the execution of renovation and refurbishment projects
• Solid technical construction training, supplemented by further training as a federally certified construction manager or technician HF/TS
• Experience in the environment of a total or general contractor is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs, deadlines and quality
• Leadership qualities, negotiation skills and an independent, structured way of working
• Winning communication, assertiveness and enjoyment in developing solutions together in a team
