What you can accomplish

• Use, monitor and control our modern filling and processing installations - including settings, format changes and monitoring of important process parameters.
• Ensure, through product-specific quality and process controls, that our pasteurized milk constantly meets the highest quality requirements.
• Bring your ideas, identify potential for optimization and actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and installation settings.
• Analyze, with your team, malfunctions, find sustainable solutions and contribute to a stable and efficient operation of the installations.
• Carefully perform cleaning, maintenance and inspection work, and ensure that our installations are always ready for use.

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training as a CFC plant operator or a comparable technical training and, ideally, you have already acquired experience in an industrial production company in the food sector.
• You are ready to work in 3 or 4 shifts and appreciate a dynamic production environment.
• Even in stressful situations, you keep your calm, analyze challenges in a structured manner and develop, with your team, sustainable solutions.
• Technology passions you and you enjoy not only using the production installations safely, but also evolving them continually with your team.
• You work reliably, assume responsibilities and convince through a high awareness of quality and hygiene as well as through good knowledge of German.
