Sales Inside Sales (80-100%)
Werkzeugcenter Buchrain LU | Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Telephone consultation and support of our customers
• Serving collection customers at the customer reception
• Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders in the ERP system
• Control of the daily cash reconciliation
• Design of the product display
• Data maintenance of our fleet solution AW+
• Completion of general office and administration tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the construction or construction-related industry
• Technical understanding and ideally industry knowledge
• Technically savvy career changers are also welcome
• Enjoyment of customer contact with customer and service orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good German skills in spoken and written language, other languages are an advantage
