Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100%The contribution you can make * Take over the management of a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees, promoting their professional development * Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects and direct their implementation * Coordinate internal and external actors to ensure optimal project execution * Provide support and advice to the specialist sector Portfolio management regarding solution strategies * Develop plans, standards and prescriptions for the strategic management of real estate What distinguishes you * Architect or civil engineer with a diploma issued by a university or a university of applied sciences with specialization in business administration or business economist with specialization in the real estate sector or in construction economics * Experience in real estate management and project development; strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a systemic approach * Willingness to provide performance with maximum commitment, autonomy and competence; excellent leadership skills with proven results in the development and motivation of employees * Assertiveness, negotiation skills, psychophysical resilience and flexibility * Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third In summary In collaboration with your team, you will define projects, assign mandates to external partners and coordinate their implementation in a unique real estate portfolio.
