Electronic Engineer / Electronic Engineer Mission In collaboration with the , the and the other members of the electronics department of the Swiss Plasma Center (SPC) of EPFL, you will participate in the development and maintenance of highly specialized scientific measuring devices, intended for physics experiments of the SPC and the faculty of geoscience and environment of the Université de Lausanne (UNIL) Main tasks and responsibilities Note: Tasks will be performed both for the experiments of the SPC and its Tokamak as well as for the faculty of geoscience and environment of the UNIL and in particular for the IMS 1280 ion probe The development of electronic control and command circuits The design of measurement electronics The development of AC/DC power supplies The creation of control interfaces for the The commissioning and monitoring of developments The assembly and testing of prototypes The maintenance of existing electronic systems The technical support and advice to the exp Profile You hold a degree in electronic engineering HES, EPFL or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and design of electronic systems (control, measurement, power supplies) You master VHDL and micro-controller programming You have skills in analog electronics You master common laboratory devices (oscilloscopes, soldering station...)
