What awaits you ###

• You autonomously perform repair, maintenance and assembly work
• You analyze malfunctions and find pragmatic solutions directly on site
• You take on work in different trades such as wood, metal, plumbing and simple electrical work
• You install and replace components such as luminaires, locks, taps or fittings
• You carry out regular inspections of objects and detect defects at an early stage
• You implement immediate measures in case of malfunctions or damage
• You support technical projects, transformations and operational modifications
• You organize your work autonomously and work in close collaboration with property management

What you bring ###

• Completed basic manual training
• (e.g. plumbing, electricity, carpentry, metal construction or similar)
• Several years of practical experience in building maintenance or the artisanal field
• Broad manual know-how and technical understanding
• Autonomous, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Joy of investing oneself and achieving things autonomously
• Team spirit, flexibility and strong customer orientation
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, experience with ticketing systems an advantage
• Good command of German, spoken and written
