Chef de partie 100% - CDI

Le Restaurant Le Pont de Brent is looking for a Chef de partie - pastry with experience in the same position in high-end gastronomic catering.

• Lunch: dessert trolley (5 dessert-style pieces from a boutique) and mignardises
• Evening: two plated desserts, mignardise and chocolate
• Creation of desserts with the chef, changing proposal every month!
• Autonomous, creative and organized, knowing how to manage their time and orders.

We offer 3 consecutive days off, 5 weeks of vacation per year
