As an internationally oriented law firm, we advise and represent companies in all matters of business law. Our offices are located in the Prime Tower in Zürich West.
We are looking for an independent and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement. Together with four other assistants, you will support several female and male lawyers in the practice areas of Corporate Law & Transactions as well as Banking & Financial Market Law.

What you will achieve:
Drafting and reviewing correspondence, contracts and other legal documents as well as presentations in German and English
Legal research / proofreading; creating submissions to the SIX Swiss Exchange
Support with due diligence, document management and data rooms
Organizing and looking after meetings
Monitoring appointments and deadlines as well as ensuring time-bound requests
Supporting lawyers organizationally and administratively in all matters
