Job Description ##

We are looking for an experienced workshop butcher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the deboning, trimming and cutting of meats, notably beef, veal and pork. Your role will consist of preparing meat pieces according to strict quality standards, while working in a production workshop. Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP protocols is essential in this function. You will also have to manage production volumes and respect the imposed rhythms. The maintenance of your workstation is a priority to guarantee a clean and organized working environment. We expect from you great rigor and a keen sense of responsibility, in order to contribute to the quality and safety of the products that we offer to our clients.

We expect ##

You must possess a CFC as a butcher or an equivalent training, with confirmed experience in the field. A good mastery of cutting techniques is indispensable. We are looking for an autonomous, precise and organized person, with good physical condition. Team spirit and reliability are essential qualities to succeed in this position.
