Tasks ###

processing import shipments via e-dec/ Passar
completing guide note clearances
carrying out export clearances NCTS, creating transit documents
processing CH export declarations and certificates of origin
processing import clearances
clarifying export clearances with customs office, creating requests at the customs offices (replacement documents, customs conversions, etc.)
clarifying customs-technical topics with customs tariff (Tares) and/or directly with customs office
exchanging questions with customers
monitoring internal rebookings (settlements)
carrying out general commercial activities related to the customs business

Requirements ###

Some years of practice in the customs industry in-house, or at a GZA
Experience in customs clearance (Imp.) of food is an advantage

IT ###

E-Dec/ Passar, NCTS, MS-Office programs

Languages ###

German: good orally + written
French and English: just what is needed on a "professional level" :-)
