Clerk Order Management and Invoicing

To strengthen our team in Olten or Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality to support us on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment of real estate and facility management and to specifically develop your skills. Together with you, we will actively shape the future of our real estate and facility management.    What you can achieve  • You open, process and monitor orders from facility management in SAP and CAFM system Planon from entry to complete service billing.  • You accompany the entire administrative order processing process from order opening to invoicing.  • You perform the SAP invoice run according to the specifications of the finance organization.  • You ensure correct and timely billing of services and are responsible for correct service billing including credit notes and cancellations.  • You carry out cost controls and post-calculations independently and thus make an important contribution to achieving the financial goals.  • For questions regarding order opening, billing and administrative processes, you provide competent support to internal specialist departments.  • In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you promote a smooth workflow of the order processes.      What you bring with you  • You have completed a basic commercial vocational training and have already been able to gain initial professional experience in an administrative function.  • Dealing with numbers gives you pleasure and you work in a structured, exact and reliable manner.  • You have a high affinity for IT systems and enjoy using digital solutions in your daily work.  • Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP and/or Planon.  • Your strong service and customer orientation distinguishes you in daily contact with different stakeholders.  • Thanks to your networked thinking, you recognize connections quickly and find pragmatic solutions.  • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. Any further national language is an advantage.
