Allrounder / Facility Management Caretaker 100%

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality, starting immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve with us.

In a small team, you will look after a shopping center in shift operation from Monday to Saturday (06:30 to 20:30). Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Taking over all infrastructural tasks (e.g., outdoor work, winter service, external cleaning)
• General caretaker tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs)
• Explorations and intervention in emergencies, operation of the BMA
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Gardening/outdoor maintenance
• Disposal, providing containers
• Shopping cart service
• Participation in on-call service

• Completed basic training (facility management, logistics or similar)
• Customer-oriented, efficient and independent way of working
• Committed personality with initiative
• Driving license Cat. B
• Several years of professional experience desirable
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user knowledge
• Manual dexterity
• Technical know-how
• Neat appearance as well as good manners
