For our client, we are looking for a creative and technically savvy personality as a Design Technician / Plastic Designer. In this versatile development role, you will design customer-specific solutions made of films and accompany them from the idea to implementation in production. yellowshark AG stands by your side as a competent contact person and will personally accompany you through the entire application process.

Your task ##

• Development and elaboration of customer-specific solutions
• Creation of prototypes and technical drawings
• Design, evaluation and procurement of tools as well as production aids in the field of plastic components
• Determination of material and manufacturing costs as a basis for creating offers
• Execution and evaluation of material tests to ensure the required product properties
• Collaboration in the optimization of machines, systems and tools
• Accompanying development projects during the production and introduction phase

Your profile ##

• Completed basic mechanical training as a Kunststofftechnologe EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or in a comparable specialization
• Further training in the field of plastic technology, mechanical engineering or Prozesstechniker HF
• Experience in an industrial production or development environment
• Understanding of conceptual project execution
• Good CAD user knowledge
• Fluent German and good English skills in speaking and writing
