At the same time, the service is implementing an ambitious policy regarding the renovation of existing infrastructure and energy upgrading. You will be reinforcement for a team composed of technical managers organized into 5 sectors. The domain secretariat will support you in administrative tasks; it consists of 3 people. The SEP de la Ville de Lausanne is advertising a position for an auxiliary technical manager for the Domaine infrastructures et bâtiments for a duration of one year. Main mission(s) ### Support technical managers in their tasks and for the monitoring of works Carry out calls for tenders and prepare the implementation of works Plan and conduct maintenance, layout, and upgrading works of school and extracurricular buildings and ensure the monitoring of construction sites Manage and monitor budgets allocated to maintenance and work operations Guarantee municipal objectives regarding energy performance and the preservation of built heritage Ensure compliance with current regulations as well as safety standards Profile ### CFC as an architectural draughtsman or title deemed equivalent Federal Brevet as a technical building manager Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the technical and energy management of a building park Professional experience in team management, project management, and monitoring of construction sites Knowledge in CVSE, historical heritage, and sustainable development Special conditions ### Driving license (cat.
