Logistics Specialist

Logistics Employee (m/f)

Splash Arts is a family-run souvenir wholesaler with a diverse assortment and customers throughout Switzerland.

From November 2026, we are moving our logistics from Rikon to Wald ZH. In the new, significantly larger warehouse, we are simultaneously optimizing our processes and will work with digitized order picking in the future.

For this next developmental step, we are looking for a reliable and committed person who will actively participate in everyday warehouse operations and actively support our processes.

Your tasks

• Pick and check customer orders using our digital system
• Carefully pack goods and prepare them for shipment
• Receive deliveries and unload containers
• Count, check, and correctly store goods
• Replenish storage locations and monitor stock
• Assist with inventories and other warehouse work
• Ensure order and good organization in the warehouse
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute them to daily processes
• If suitably qualified, occasionally undertake driving duties with vehicles up to 3,5 tons

What you bring with you

You work reliably, independently, and carefully. Even when multiple orders must be processed, you maintain an overview and set priorities correctly. You support your team when it counts and enjoy pitching in with daily warehouse tasks.

Experience in logistics is an advantage. Equally important are good physical resilience, a responsible handling of goods, and openness towards digital workflows. Good German skills are an advantage for communication within the team and understanding work instructions.

What awaits you with us

• A familial and collegial working environment
• A modern warehouse location in Wald ZH
• Varied tasks in the entire warehouse area
• The opportunity to actively experience the setup at the new location
• Space for your own ideas and suggestions for improvement
• A long-term perspective in a growing company

If you enjoy practical work, want to take on responsibility, and would like to further develop logistics in Wald together with us, we look forward to your application.
