What you will do with us: You are co-responsible for attractive, demand-oriented and successful vocational training as well as for future-oriented alignment and further development in cooperation with the Head of Vocational Training. As Deputy Head of Vocational Training, you take responsibility for the organization, planning and coordination of the training of FaGe, AGS apprentices and HF/FH students. The professionally competent, agogic advice and coaching of the vocational trainers is part of your area of responsibility. In filling apprenticeships and positions for students in nursing, you have an active role in conducting applicant interviews and assessing suitability. Conducting learning events such as learning workshops, case discussions in cooperation with vocational trainers. You are the contact person for education-specific questions for the management team, nursing team and the interprofessional team.
