What you can achieve ###

• Reception and admission of patients
• Appointment scheduling, creation of prescriptions and orders according to medical instruction, service recording, as well as administrative tasks during consultation hours
• Performing blood sampling, suture and staple removal, as well as wound controls according to instruction of the doctors
• Preparation and assistance during infiltrations, PRP treatments, and punctures
• Close exchange and cooperation with various interfaces as well as the interdisciplinary teams

What you bring with you ###

• Completed vocational training as MPA or FaGe
• Preferably several years of professional experience in a hospital or a larger medical practice as well as knowledge of medical terminology; experience in the field of orthopaedics is an advantage
• Confident German; foreign language skills, especially French and English, are an advantage
• Solid user knowledge in MS Office, ideally also in SAP or comparable applications
• Strong service orientation and high sense of responsibility
