Occupancy rate 75% at our La Chaux-de-Fonds site Mission Accompany and care for residents on a daily basis and ensure their physical, social and psychological well-being in order to guarantee them the best possible care. Your responsibilities Perform basic care and hygiene and comfort care, Carry out medical-technical acts delegated by nurses, Ensure the comfort, safety and quality of life of residents, promoting their autonomy, Observe, transmit and report relevant information to the team, Establish and maintain a professional relationship of trust with residents and their entourage, Be a reference for certain residents in collaboration with the care team, Participate in overall care in multidisciplinary collaboration, in particular in the realization of the resident's life project, Contribute to the development and monitoring of care projects, Apply quality processes in care and ensure their respect, Guarantee the proper use and maintenance of care equipment, Intervene in an adapted manner in emergency situations according to current procedures, Ensure assistance with food and supervision during meals if necessary, Participate actively in a positive and constructive work climate, Supervise apprentices according to needs and skills. Your profile CFC as Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC) or equivalent title, Experience in a similar position, an asset, Interest in accompanying people living in a situation of disability, Ability to react quickly and adaptively in crisis situations, Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team, Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative, Excellent relational skills and sense of listening, Discretion, punctuality and professionalism, Mastery of French (oral and written), Good mastery of usual computer tools and professional software (Carefolio and LongTerm: an asset).
