Night shift (m/f) 50%

Your tasks: • You accompany and care for people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments as well as challenging behavior during the night. • You ensure safety, orientation, and well-being of our residents and react calmly and professionally in crisis or exceptional situations. • You perform nursing and care tasks according to the individual needs of the residents. • You take over inspection rounds, document observations, and ensure a seamless handover to the day shift. • You work closely with the care team as well as internal and external specialists.
