For temporary assignments with prospects for further development in the Basel area, we are looking for a motivated employee with foreign language skills in German, English, French and Italian.

Job description

• You receive customer inquiries and process technical problems
• Customer identification and assistance with the migration to the new application E-Banking Login
• Opening hours from Monday to Saturday between 7.00 and 21.00
• Part-time possible from Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon shifts respectively)
• Flexible working hours (7:00 - 21:00) from Monday to Friday with an extended lunch break
• Workload: 100% during the induction phase, after that 50-100% is possible

Requirement profile

• Swiss German / German as native language (oral and written)
• French and/or Italian skills orally and in writing at level B2/C1 is a MUST
• Service orientation, good PC skills and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
• For the employment, an impeccable criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
