Together, we are working today on the solutions for tomorrow, in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.   This is what you will do: • You coordinate the monthly payroll together with our external payroll provider, HR Services, Finance and other relevant stakeholders and accompany the entire process • You analyze payroll results, deviations and control reports and take care of the professional processing of special cases and variable remunerations • You are the contact person for topics related to Swiss social insurance, withholding tax, salary certificates, year-end tasks as well as other payroll-related HR service topics and are responsible for audits and internal controls • You process and clarify complex issues such as illness, accident, maternity, loss of earnings compensation, unpaid leave as well as cross-border commuter and withholding tax questions • You further develop processes, checklists, control points and reporting and thereby contribute actively to the quality and efficiency of our HR services.   What you bring with you: • A completed education in HRM and several years of professional experience in payroll; experience with an external payroll provider is an advantage • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law as well as a good understanding of payroll-relevant legal and regulatory requirements • Good IT skills in MS Office as well as experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is an advantage • A structured, independent and resilient personality with analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a strong quality and customer orientation • You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills Why Comet?
