Our client is one of the ten main private insurers in Switzerland. Based in Lausanne, the group today employs more than 2'000 people and has a network of more than 100 agencies across Switzerland. Strongly anchored in French-speaking Switzerland, it is also present in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You are the reference HR Business Partner for the sales teams and support their managers in their HR challenges
• You supervise a team of four people (HR Business Partners and HR administrators)
• You work with a population distributed in French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, in collaboration with your counterpart on the German-speaking side
• You are regularly in the field and travel to the different agencies to stay close to the teams
• You support managers in a fast-paced and demanding commercial environment, particularly on issues of performance, development, team cohesion and complex HR situations

You offer your new employer

• You have senior experience in HR, ideally around ten years, including several years as an HR Business Partner
• You have already managed a team and wish to retain this responsibility in your next position
• You are comfortable in a dynamic commercial environment: you know how to challenge experienced managers, take a position and maintain your role as an HR partner
• You are a French native speaker and have a good level of German allowing you to work with colleagues and take over files in German-speaking Switzerland
• Ideally, you hold the Federal HR Diploma or an equivalent training
