HR Consultant / Recruiter, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for the independent recruitment of specialist personnel, mainly for the areas of commercial employees as well as nursing professionals
• this is increasingly also based on the basis of social media recruitment
• in doing so, you conduct interviews and advise job seekers, whom you continue to support until their placement
• in addition, you take over the telephone as well as personal consulting of companies and accompany them during the recruitment process
• furthermore, you publish the positions on various internet platforms and assess the incoming applications
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a kauffrau / kaufmann or another apprenticeship with commercial further training
• training as a pflegefachfrau / pflegefachmann with solid commercial practice and / or further training would also be conceivable
• in addition, you already bring professional experience in direct customer care
• you are very familiar with the social media area and enjoy contacting new people daily
• furthermore, you appreciate the versatility, also combined with sporadic assignments in our offices in frauenfeld and amriswil
