Specialist (m/f/d) Service Recording & Invoicing Healthcare (40-100%)

You have sound experience in patient administration and do not want to use your know-how for just a single institution? With us, you support hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and psychiatric facilities with administrative challenges and contribute to processing processes efficiently and with high quality.

Depending on the mandate and customer needs, you will independently or together with your team take on different tasks in the area of patient administration and service billing:

• Patient admission and administrative case management
• Ensuring and checking of cost guarantees
• Service recording as well as correction and plausibility checking of services
• Recording and processing of physician fees
• Creation, control and completion of invoices
• Processing of rejections, cancellations and refaturations
• Support of customers during personnel shortages, projects or process optimizations
• Collaboration in ensuring correct and tariff-compliant service recording and invoicing
• Several years of professional experience (+3 years) in patient administration or service management in a healthcare institution
• A completed basic vocational training in the commercial field, as a medical practice assistant or a comparable training
• Very good knowledge of administrative processes in the acute, rehab or psychiatric sector
• Confident handling of outpatient and inpatient tariff systems
• Experience in case management, service recording and invoicing
• Knowledge of administrative clinic information and ERP systems such as Microsoft NAV/BC, SAP IS-H, Hospis, Opale or comparable solutions is an advantage
• High degree of independence, flexibility and service orientation
• Enjoyment in quickly familiarizing yourself with new organizations, teams and workflows
• Willingness for assignments in the home office as well as at customer sites (assignments possible Switzerland-wide)
