Our clients and their needs are at the center. We stand for high service quality, short decision-making paths and dynamic working methods in a changing environment. The IT department provides services for all employees and clients. Support, strategy development, project work and user training are part of your daily routine. The remuneration is based on the Cantonal Salary System (salary class table linear progression for municipalities and subsidized companies, currently GK19). Tasks • You lead the IT department with three employees and are responsible for the operational and strategic direction. • As a central interface, you coordinate IT operations between departments, employees and external service providers. • You control outsourcing partners (e.g. Citrix, Server, LAN/WLAN, Telephony etc.) and ensure seamless, efficient internal processes. • You are responsible for the support organization, optimize processes and support 1st-level support as needed. • You ensure high service quality for around 400 users and implement continuous improvements. • You lead IT projects from planning to implementation to acceptance and ensure timely and sustainable results. • You explain technical contexts in a comprehensible way and provide well-founded decision-making bases for management. Profile • You are looking for a meaningful task where you can take responsibility, optimize processes and create real added value for clients and employees. • You have a good background in computer science (HF/FH) and further education in IT management, project management or business administration. • You have experience in a generalist IT role and are familiar with modern IT infrastructures, systems and processes. • You have experience in controlling external partners and leading projects. • You have leadership experience and lead by example, motivation and clear communication. • You are an organizational talent with a proactive, solution-oriented «Can-Do» attitude. • You communicate safely and empathetically with different stakeholder groups. • You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in complex situations and ensure the continuous development of IT.
