Your area of activity includes:

• Care and monitoring of all building technical systems (HVACSE)
• Planning, control and documentation of maintenance
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work
• Administrative processing of day-to-day business
• Organization and implementation of projects in the field of building technology
• Development of optimization possibilities to reduce operating costs
• On-call service

• Basic technical training in the field of HVAC or electrical
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Experience in technical building maintenance
• Organizational and communication talent, constructive work in a team
• Strong service mindset
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good IT user knowledge
