To support our team in Niederurnen, we are looking for a HR Assistant 100% (m/w/d) ## Tasks ## • Independent completion of administrative tasks in HR from entry to exit • Close cooperation and support of HR care • Focus on processing requests from the production area • Creation of employment contracts, employment certificates, standard letters, etc. • Support in applicant management • Answering employee inquiries in the team mailbox and on the phone • Processing of accident and illness cases • Participation in HR projects Requirements ## • Completed commercial basic training; ideally already completed further training as an HR Assistant • Initial professional experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in a production environment • Open and winning personality in the team and towards our superiors and employees • High level of self-motivation and motivation • Very good German and good English language skills required • Very good user knowledge in common programs We offer ## You can expect a responsible and exciting field of activity in a sustainably growing company.
