Job description
As part of the development of our Italian restaurant, we are looking for a Multi-skilled Catering Employee, comfortable in the kitchen and in direct contact with customers. Sommelier capable of ensuring service. You will work in close collaboration with the establishment manager.
Your missions
Sommelier
Participation in simple culinary preparations (mise en place, assembly of dishes)
Support for the manager in daily operations
Taking orders at the counter
Cashing and managing customer flow
Welcoming and advising customers
Maintaining cleanliness and strict respect for hygiene standards
Your profile
Proven experience in cuisine or catering
Very comfortable in customer contact, developed sense of service
Mastery of French (oral indispensable)
Dynamic, organized, reliable person
Ability to manage the pace during busy periods
Team spirit and positive attitude
