Clerk Service-Center "Lubricants" (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

• Processing and handling customer inquiries and orders - from the preparation of quotations to the follow-up of quotations and the order entry in the ERP system;
• Creating offers as well as regular follow-up;
• Providing technical information for orders and customer inquiries;
• Monitoring and managing the warehouse for lubricants - determining minimum stock levels, reordering products, coordinating replenishment of goods as well as direct deliveries to the customer;
• Maintaining price lists as well as customer master data in the CRM and in the ERP system;
• Processing customer complaints;
• Performing the necessary administrative work in the service center

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training;
• Professional experience in sales back-office or customer service;
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written;
• Good MS Office skills and experience in handling an ERP system;
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness as well as a sense for logistical and commercial aspects;
• Teamwork skills, pleasure in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility, independence and an exact way of working
