Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead and evolve the Architecture/UI/UX team on human, organizational, and technical levels • Assume, as chief technology officer (CTO), responsibility for enterprise, technology, and solution architectures, as well as for their implementation in compliance with IT strategy, standards, and directives • Advise the chief information officer (CIO) as well as relevant stakeholders on all matters related to architecture and technologies, and contribute to developing the IT strategy • Ensure, within the IT department and with the specialized areas of the AFC, transparent communication adapted to each interlocutor for all themes related to architecture • Manage technological monitoring and develop innovation, assume responsibility for the tools and technology employed as well as for the implementation of user-centered UI/UX standards <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering • At least 5 years of experience in leading employees within a hierarchy or in agile software-related projects • Ability to translate corporate strategy into a coherent technology and architecture strategy • Excellent knowledge of software development methods and mastery of business architecture principles (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) • Good knowledge of a second official language as well as knowledge of a third language and English <br /> In a few words In this key position combining responsibilities and decision-making, you will be able to leverage your leadership skills, your mastery of technological tools, and your ability to manage projects strategically.
