Valais central For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment recognized for the quality of its support for elderly people, we are looking for Health Care Assistants (m/f) for short and long-term temporary missions. Health Care Assistant (m/f) Your mission ## Within a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the well-being and comfort of the residents: • Accompany residents in activities of daily living • Perform hygiene and comfort care while respecting the dignity of individuals • Assist with the mobilization and movement of residents • Collaborate with nursing teams and transmit useful observations • Participate in relational support and the maintenance of social ties • Ensure the physical and moral well-being of the residents Your profile ## • CRS Health Care Assistant training or a title deemed equivalent • Experience in an EMS or in the field of care, an asset • Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills • Empathy, patience, and kindness • Ability to work independently and in a team • Availability for variable hours (morning, evening, weekend) We offer you ## • Temporary missions adapted to your availability • A human and caring work environment • An enriching experience within a recognized structure • Personalized support throughout your missions Interested? ### Do you wish to put your skills at the service of the residents and join a team committed to supporting elderly people?
