Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Design the medical services command process at the operational level, evaluate the feasibility of operations from a medical standpoint, and represent JMed both technically and organizationally • Monitor the medical availability of the army, develop risk management, and draw up the comprehensive medical picture of the situation • Develop medical directives, concepts, and decision bases for operations and coordinate their implementation in collaboration with internal and external partners • Analyze engagements, define indicators and, on this basis, develop measures aimed at evolving Medical Affairs as well as contributions to the army's issuing of orders • Represent Medical Affairs within projects, working groups, and specialized bodies; lead militia soldiers and implement integral security prescriptions <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree or from a university of applied sciences (bachelor), higher technical training, or business management training with several years of professional experience • Training and professional experience in process and project management; solid knowledge of medical processes and command at the operational level • Several years of experience as a staff officer; excellent analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills • Knowledge and practical experience of medical services in an international context, and the willingness to undergo further training in this field • High social and leadership skills, sense of responsibility and autonomy; confidence in relations with internal and external partners • Very good knowledge of two official languages as well as good knowledge of English (at least B2 level) <br /> In a few words You wish to participate in the development of the Swiss Army's medical command process at the operational level and make a decisive contribution to operational availability? The cdmt Op includes notably the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command, as well as the Military Police.
