The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services surrounding the hospital. The Hospitality division provides gastronomic services for the Insel Gruppe 365 days a year. The Spital und Altersheim Belp is a modern, medium-sized facility with around 120 beds and a versatile infrastructure.
