For a company in the field of high-quality interior design and the realization of holistic, tailor-made spatial concepts, we are looking for reinforcement.

We are looking for a structured, solution-oriented personality with a technical understanding of construction, strong sales skills, and enthusiasm for interior fit-out and furnishing.

Main tasks

• Personal support and advice for buyers from notarization to the handover of the apartment
• Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Coordination between project management and buyers
• Compiling additional/reduced costs
• Processing and monitoring buyer requests
• Technical examination of buyer requests regarding feasibility, costs, and impact on the project process
• Ensuring schedule and quality specifications in cooperation with construction management
• Preparation and accompaniment of shell construction inspections, acceptances, and handovers

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a Drafter specializing in architecture, Interior Fit-out Drafter, Carpenter, or a comparable technical or design profession
• Experience in buyer support, interior fit-out, or the furnishing industry
• Strong technical understanding and confident comprehension of plans and structural contexts
• Independent, reliable, team-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good understanding of costs, deadlines, and quality
• German and English in spoken and written form
• Affinity for design as well as enjoyment of high-quality interior design and furnishing products
• Willingness to take on responsibility, entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
• Interest in a long-term permanent position
