For our LANDI Store in Hegnau, we are looking for a motivated, committed and flexible personality for the position of Deputy Store Manager Hegnau (f/m/d) as soon as possible or by arrangement.

These tasks will inspire you

• Advising and supporting our customers with a high level of service orientation
• Supporting the Store Manager in the operational and personnel management of the location
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as well as an attractive product presentation
• Responsibility for merchandise management, orders and stock controls
• Planning and coordination of employee assignments in consultation with the Store Manager
• Participation in the implementation of sales promotion and marketing measures
• Taking over the deputy role of the Store Manager in their absence
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process specifications

You have completed an apprenticeship in sales, bring experience in retail and initial leadership responsibility. You are also trustworthy, take responsibility and can delegate tasks purposefully. You possess the necessary tact in dealing with customers and employees, are attentive, friendly and proactive. You are also a sales talent, possess organizational skills and good MS Office knowledge for administrative work. You are also prepared to roll up your sleeves physically, help where support is needed, and are motivated to go the extra mile. With your hands-on mentality and your commitment, you will actively contribute to the success of the store.
