We offer: ➢ Exciting tasks in a dynamic team ➢ Independent work with state-of-the-art tools ➢ Further training opportunities ➢ Place of work at a central location in Winterthur near the train station ➢ Flexible and contemporary working time model ➢ Above-average social benefits Tasks: ➢ Support of the HVACSS project management in planning across all SIA planning phases as an administrator for Heating or Ventilation ➢ Taking over independent project planning / calculations in the technical area of Heating or Ventilation ➢ Carrying out trade-specific calculations based on current standards ➢ Preparation of tenders in the technical area of Heating or Ventilation ➢ Creation of CAD plans / schemata / coordination and, if required, also other building services trade plans ➢ Spatial technical coordination of all HVACSE trades Requirements: ➢ Completed training as a Building Services Planner Heating and/or Ventilation specialty ➢ Experience and knowledge in the creation of CAD plans (Plancal Nova / 3D) ➢ Good communication in speech and writing ➢ Good PC skills ➢ High self-control and personal responsibility
